LNK564PN is a power-supply controller IC used in small AC-DC switching power supplies (SMPS). It belongs to the LinkSwitch-LP series made by Power Integrations. 

It integrates a high-voltage MOSFET and controller in one chip, so designers can build small power supplies with very few external components.
