TNY254PN is a low-power AC-DC switching IC made by Power Integrations. It belongs to the TinySwitch family, used to build small switch-mode power supplies (SMPS) for chargers and standby circuits. 

This IC integrates several parts into one chip, including a 700 V power MOSFET, oscillator, and protection circuits, allowing a simple power-supply design with very few external components.
