TNY263P is a switch-mode power supply (SMPS) controller IC made by Power Integrations. It belongs to the TinySwitch-II family, designed for low-power AC-DC converters used in chargers, standby supplies, and small adapters. 

The IC integrates a 700 V power MOSFET, oscillator, control circuit, and protection features in one chip, allowing power supplies to work with very few external components.
