TNY264PN is a low-power AC-DC switching IC made by Power Integrations. It is part of the TinySwitch-II family, commonly used in small switch-mode power supplies (SMPS) such as chargers, standby supplies, and appliance control boards.
This IC integrates several circuits inside one chip, including a 700 V power MOSFET, oscillator, current-limit circuit, and thermal protection, which allows simple flyback power-supply designs with very few external components.
