TNY266PN is a switch-mode power supply (SMPS) controller IC made by Power Integrations. It belongs to the TinySwitch-II family, designed for low-power AC-DC converters used in chargers, adapters, and standby power supplies. 

This IC integrates several circuits into a single chip, including a 700 V power MOSFET, oscillator, current-limit circuit, and thermal protection, allowing simple power supply designs with very few external components.
