TNY267PN is a switch-mode power supply controller IC made by Power Integrations. It belongs to the TinySwitch-II family, designed for low-power AC-DC converters used in chargers, adapters, and standby power supplies. 

The IC integrates several circuits into one chip, including a 700 V power MOSFET, oscillator, control logic, and protection circuits, allowing simple SMPS designs with very few external components.
