TNY275PN is an AC-DC switching power supply controller IC manufactured by Power Integrations. It belongs to the TinySwitch-III family, which is widely used in low-power SMPS power supplies such as adapters, chargers, and standby power circuits. 

The chip integrates several circuits inside one package, including a 700 V MOSFET, oscillator, current-limit control, and protection circuits, allowing a simple flyback power supply with very few external components.
