TOP247YN is an offline switch-mode power supply controller IC manufactured by Power Integrations. It belongs to the TOPSwitch-GX family, designed to build AC-DC switching power supplies (SMPS) with fewer external components. 

This IC integrates several circuits inside one chip, including:
